Rules:

Stack all the hats 1-9 on top of a dome to win!

Hats can be stacked in order with no gaps (4, 5, 6 etc) if they are the same color. If they are compatible shapes they can be stack in order with any gaps (1, 4, 7 etc). And of course any hat can be stacked on a dome!
